2013年1月11日，雪后的济南寒风阵阵，济南秦工国际的商学院内，却温暖如春。上午九点，随着主持人的一曲活力四射的《SEXY MUSIC》，济南秦工国际贸易有限公司2012年业务表彰大会暨2013年业务启动大会正是开始。我们的杂志记者在现场观看了启动会的全过程，总结出了此次大会的主要看点：
一、秦总讲话指南针
大会开幕后，秦总即上台发表重要讲话。他动情地回顾了秦工国际成立五年来的风雨历程，对各位员工和广大合作伙伴表示了真诚的感谢，并宣布秦工国际的主题词是：专业、合作、共赢。他对这三个主题词进行了一一解读，强调：只有坚持做到这三点，秦工国际才能在2013年达到年销售额6000万美元的宏伟目标，才能夯实秦工国际长远发展的基础。

二、宾客如云情比金
此次业务启动大会，秦工国际不但全员参与，而且邀请了一些重要的合作伙伴出席，他们是：中国重汽特种车国际业务部总经理杨文杰、山东大学校友企业家俱乐部秘书长、山东大学校友办公室副主任李湘军、交通银行山东省分行济洛路支行行长王丽、华沃重卡贸易有限公司总经理马光明、山东天元担保有限公司副总经理徐光磊等。
在此，我们再次向出席大会的各位伙伴表示真挚的感谢！也借这本杂志，向虽然没有参加此次大会，但一直给予我们支持的广大合作伙伴，表示真挚的感谢！谢谢你们的支持！愿新的一年里，财源滚滚，好运连连！
三、奖项丰富寓意深
本次大会总结了2012年工作中的团体和个人，设立了丰富的奖项，有：
基本上每一个员工都感受到了来之领导的关注和关怀。在颁奖典礼上，每个人都笑开了花，高挺胸脯，对自己和公司的未来，充满了自信。公司通过颁奖，向员工表明：只要好好干，公司不会亏待任何一个人！
四、节目精彩龙争虎
不同往年的羞涩，今年的启动大会，征集节目的通知一下，所有家人都踊跃报名，争相登台献艺。大会节目组的同事为长长的节目单震惊，想着删掉一部分，又不忍打消大家得热情。于是就做了几组歌曲联唱，减少主持人出现的时间，才把时间控制在三个小时以内。
细说起这些节目，真是三天三夜也不尽兴，有激荡的流行歌曲，如陶光的《曹操》，安华迪的《中国人》、《不再犹豫》，有怀旧的民族歌曲，如《红梅赞》，有欢快的广场舞《炫民族风》，也有震惊四座的呼啦圈舞蹈表演《ROLLING IN DEEP》，有令人捧腹的济南话配音《泰坦尼克》，更有让所有人笑到抽筋的《唐伯虎点秋香》。
这里就捡其中的两个细说一下：
《ROLLING IN DEEP》的表演者，是上一年的业务，精英部的宫亚苓。只见三个金灿灿的呼啦圈，如有生命一般，被她牢牢控制住，如指臂使。这些呼啦圈都是从地上转起，全靠脚和腿的力量，绝不用手。时而单个圈，时而双圈，时而三圈分上中下三处转动。但是，这个表演不是机械地转哗啦圈，有着深厚舞蹈功底的宫亚苓还设计了双手交叉轮圈的环节。两个呼啦圈，被她舞起来，仿佛孙悟空转起了金箍棒，嫦娥飞起了彩飘带，随心所欲，光华闪烁，曼妙无比。又间以开场舞，转换舞，和收场舞，连贯完整，直看得大伙桥舌不下，用相机咔咔地使劲拍。
《唐伯虎点秋香》
这个小品里只有一个女演员，诸位可知她扮演哪个角色？有人可能说：还用问吗？秋香啊！可是，该小品偏偏要给人一个惊喜。的女演员高春燕所扮演的，竟是唐伯虎的书童！那秋香谁来扮演？大家千呼万唤，秋香终于犹抱琵琶半遮面地上台了，仪态万方地道了个吉祥，待抬起脸来，呵，天崩地裂啊！但见此秋香：
浓眉大眼黑面皮，虎背熊腰淡生须。
未向东施借艳色，犹过嫫母三分奇。
孙家二娘卷土来，钟氏无盐又现世！
哄堂大笑中，这为反串的秋香（张超）遭遇了两个蹩脚的劫匪（王斌、乔磊），劫匪不要别的，竟只要秦工国际的PI。当然，风流潇洒的唐伯虎（宁福太）不能坐视不理，于是救了秋香，也得了PI，财色双收，是为佳话。
该小品语言精彩，立意新颖，各位演员演技高超，可以参加一下小品大赛了！

五、士气展示士气足
年度业务启动大会上的士气展示
The team shows occurred on Annual Business Start Conference
士气展示是每次启动大会的必然环节，每个部门都做了充分的准备。这一年的士气展示，不但更有创意，而且每个部门，每个员工，都信心十足！
除了士气展示，部门经理的誓师大会也令人壮怀激烈。每个人，都以自己组织的三两句话表明决心，引得喝彩一片！缅甸办事处的王军经理，更是朗诵了一首自己写的诗，把誓师大会推向了高潮！
中午12点，精彩的2013年业务启动大会，在秦工家人自信的笑容里，圆满地落下了帷幕。从这一刻起，秦工人又踏上了新的征程。征程很远，但是一万年太久，只争朝夕！只要我们本着“专业、合作、共赢”的精神，踏踏实实地工作，快快乐乐地生活，相信不论公司，还是个人，都将拥有一个光辉灿烂的明天。而这个明天，不会远！谨以一诗结尾：

2013 sales business kick-off assembly of Qingong International was crowned with complete success

On January 11 st, Jinan with a gusty cold wind after a snow ,however Qingong International business college was as warm as a spring. In nine o’clock, the 2012 sales business commending assembly of Jinan Qingong International trade Co.,ltd namely 2013 sales business kick-off assembly started along with a piece of vigorous song《SEXY MUSIC》sang by comperes. Our journalist watched the whole course of this kick-off assembly , summarizing its main watching focus.
一、President Mr.Qin made an foresight speech.
President Mr.Qin published an significant talk the moment that assembly opened .He emotionally reviewed the ups and downs course dated back to five years ago when QinGong International was founded,made a sincerely thanks to all staffs and general cooperative partners and announced the subject term of QinGong International, that is professional,cooperation and Win-Win. He explained these three words one by one and emphasized that only adhered to these three points can QinGong International arrive in the grandiosese aim of annual sales USD 6000 in 2013,can tamp the foundation of QinGong International’s long-term development.
二、The house is full of guest, friendship solid as gold .
All QinGong staffs participated in this sales business kick-off assembly and some important cooperative partners were invited.these are: International Sales Department president Mr.Yang Wen Jie from China SINOTRUK Special Truck,General secretary of Shandong University Alumin En and vice director of Shandong University alumin office --Li Xiang Jun. President of Bank of communications Shandong branch bank Jiluo road sub-branch bank---WangLi,General manager of Huawo Heavy Truck International Trade Co.,Ltd---Ma Guang Ming,Vice general manager of Shandong Tianyuan Guarantee Ltd --Xu Guang Lei.

三、Abundant awards with implied meaning
This assembly summarized the excellent group and personal and established abundant awards,it has :
Totally,every staff felt leaderships’attention and care .In awards ceremony,everybody who sticks out their chests with a smiling face was confidence of themselves and company’s future. By awarding,company indicate : As long as hard work,company wouldn’t treat anybody unfairly .
四、Programs are splendid as like a fight between dragon and tiger
Different from former year’s implication,no sooner were the notice of collection programme released than all the staffs were positive to sign up, mounting a platform .Our programme group were amazed by such a long programme lists, and did not have the heart to extinguish ever body ’s enthusiasm which want to cut off part of programme originally,hence we made a several series of “song of songs” to reduce comperes’ playing time so that control the time within in three hours.
If expatiated these programme,it could last three days three nights .it has excited popular song such as 《Cao Cao》sang by TaoGuang,《Chinese》&《Don’t hesitate any more 》sang by AnHuaDi.,nostalgic national song like《A praise to red-plum》，lively square dance《Coolest Ethnic》,and also spectacular hula-hoop dance performance 《Rolling in the deep》. It has funny Jinan dialect dub《Tatantic》，and also has the《Flirting Scholar》made all people laugh jerky.
We herein picked up two sections to expatiate:
The performer of 《ROLLING IN DEEP》 is last year's sales championship Gongyaling from elite department. Three golden Hula-hoops were firmly controlled by her ,flexibly turned around in her arms, as if it has vitality. These Hula hoops were rotated from ground depended on the strengths of foots and legs,definitely don't use hands.Sometimes single hoop,sometimes double hoops and sometimes tris-hoops rotated,which were distributed in up,middle and below of her body..Moreover,this performance definitely does not mechanically turn Hula hoops ,Gongyaling who has a solid dance foundation also designed a motion of across the arms .two Hula hoops were waved by her as if Suwukong moved golden cudgel and ChangE has her own way to wave colorful ribbon,lustre blink,lithe and graceful. The opening dance ,conversion dance ,and the ending dance were coherent and integrated . People all feel amazed and took photos for memory.
《Flirting Scholar》
This opusculum only had one actress,who knows which role she played ? Some people may say: needless to ask the question, it is QiuXiang ! However,this opusculum persist in giving people a surprise, the only actress that GaoChunYan is TangBoHu’ attendant ! Then who plays QiuXiang ? QiuXiang finally went up on the stage bashfully after people’s calling a great many times,she said a “auspiciousness “elegantly and rose her face. Oh,It is appalling! Seeing this kind of Qiuxiang, I couldn’t help saying :
Big eyes ,bushy eyebrows and black face, strong as a bear with beard in cheek.
Be no match for Donshi, uglier than Momu.
Just like Sun-er niang comes back, and Ms.Chong wuyan in the world.
The whole room burst into laughter at this point this cross-gender Qiuxiang encountered two awkward caterans( WanBin &QiaoLei .Unexpectedly The caterans only want the PI of Qingong International .Of course, dissolute TangBoHu couldn’t turn a blind eye to QiuXiang, he saved Qiu Xiang and got the PI . Finally ,Getting profit and beauty ,As it were an romantic story.
This opusculum has a neoteric theme and terrific language. Every actor has a superb acting and could take part in the opusculum compete.
五、Morale display with high spirit.
Morale display is the necessary link in every kick-off assembly,every department had made an abundant preparation. This year’s morale display is not only more creative but also more confidence for every department ,every staff .
Expect for the morale display, the pledge of department manager is heart-stirring.every people declare determination with two or three word that organized by themselves, which triggered a shout of applause.WangJun manager of Burma office recited an original poem which push the pledge meeting to the high tide!
In the middy, the wonderful 2013 sale business kick-off assembly ended satisfactorily in the confident smile of every Qingong staff. From that time,Qingong people stepped on a new journey. Though journey is so long , we seize every minute! We believe that no matter company or personal would have a brilliant future as long as we work hard and happily live based on the spirit of “professional ,cooperate and win-win “ This future is not far. Ended with a poem:
Qingong doesn’t afraid of difficult expedition.
Hundreds of millions dollers is around the corner.
Golden snake dances to bid farewell the old times
