——秦工国际董事长秦长岭于山东大学发表专题演讲

   2013年12月12日，秦工国际董事长秦长岭先生一行来到山东大学兴隆山校区，为学生们带来了一场内容详实，精彩纷呈的演讲，为学生们职业生涯规划提供了指引。

   不是每个有故事的人都能成功，但是成功的人一定是有故事的，这次演讲，秦总向学生们讲述了他学生时代的故事以及毕业后充满机遇与挑战的职业生涯和创业历程。深入浅出，寓教于乐，从六个板块进行分析，层层递进。

    秦总向学生们指出了立业的根本在于修身，要“修己以安人”，先修己才能安人，同时结合秦工国际自身的企业文化，进一步向同学们做了解释，秦工的员工守则是忠孝，能力第二，守纪第三，学习第四，心态第五，能力第六。将忠孝放在位，就是要体现修己的重要性。其后，秦总又从自信、学习、目标、格局以及心态几方面进行了阐述。期间，秦总讲述了自己大学生涯的故事以及走上工作岗位再到自己创业的经历。秦总也送给同学们一首自创诗作纪念：万象我心造，万果我重因，勤修戒定慧，魔灭道自深。

   演讲结束后，同学们积极踊跃地向秦总提问了有关求学和职业道路选择的问题，秦总也给出了自己独到的见解和回答。随后，秦总一行和嘉宾、老师以及全体工作人员合影留念，为本次的演讲画上了圆满的句号。

Ode to youth, pilot on wisdom ocean
----David Qin, president of Qingong Group, delivers a keynote speech on Shandong University

On Dec. 12, 2013, David Qin, president of Qingong Group, arrived in the campus of Shandong University and delivered a keynote speech to students in college of mechanical engineering, which gave guide to students’ future study and career.

Not everyone who has story is successful, but every successful man is full of stories. In this speech of Mr. Qin, many stories, not only in his student life but also in his career life, are showed to students. Interesting and educational, his speech in mainly organized in six parts.

Mr. Qin pointed out to students that the most fundamental factor for a man is his virtue. Only when he is a virtuous, can he keep on his career and bring luck to people nearby. Besides, Mr. Qin also gave the example of Qingong Group. The code of personnel in Qingong puts loyalty and piety first which indicates the importance of virtue. Then, the speech went on from confidence to study, goal, situation and attitude respectively, during which period is full of fun and instructive stories. Finally, Mr. Qin presented a poem written by himself to students there.

After the keynote speech, students actively asked kinds of questions on study and career to Mr. Qin and Mr. Qin also gave his special opinion. Then, the photo taken with all the staff successfully completed this visit to Shandong University.
