2013年12月2日,踏着岁末寒潮,秦工国际团队在董事长秦长岭的带领下,秦工家人王祥、孟凡杰、牛之深、王斌、张怡东、陈咏一行七人赶往位于万达广场的聚成商学院会议室,参加由聚成举办的《点十成金 绩效》培训班。此次培训汇集了各行业的精英团队,除了志在必得的夺冠大热门秦工国际,孚瑞、舒瑞、汇捷、先华、辰宇等队伍也是各自行业的佼佼者。各团队在老总的带领下向发出挑战,之战一触即发。

PK开始!首先兰博老师入场,介绍专家组及分工,分享《点十成金 绩效》系统、运用规则及要求。期间张怡东家人自告奋勇,成为秦工战队的队长,秦工战队进入战斗模式!低调而有内涵的秦总首先以一套行云流水的陈氏太极拳技惊四座,为秦工战队打响了炮。在战略梳理环节,秦工团队确立了“出其不意,先发制人”的战略目标,并在接下来的组织重组和岗位分析环节始终贯彻坚持。终凭借秦总的出色发挥,秦工战队以19分的得分在积分榜上拔得头筹。这种边学边做,边做边PK的学习模式,让大家时刻保持斗志昂扬。大家为自己的精彩发挥感到满意,但人人都清楚,真正的战斗才刚刚开始。
第二天,天还蒙蒙亮,大家已经集合完毕。预热之后进入士气展示环节。说起士气示,秦工家人们一定不会陌生,每月的启动大会各部门都会上台展示士气,为自己鼓劲,为梦想奋斗。不同的是,之前领导们都是坐在台下为家人们评分,这次轮到他们亲自上阵;不过不要担心,领导们是不会让秦工家人们失望的。为了展示秦工风采,秦工战队特意准备了代表胜利的红色作为队服颜色,秦总特意拟了一首六言绝句作为秦工战队的口号,正是:秦工国际,红色之师,威武之师,雄壮之师,未来之师,梦想之师!如果你以为这是秦工在第二天出彩的部分,那你就大错特错了。

博古通今的秦总信手拈来,作诗一首,提高了秦工战队的分数。在后续的招聘技巧、培训提升和流程再造环节延续了优势,继续排名榜首。秦工战队的领导们为秦工家人们而战,秦工家人们自然也不会闲着,除了加油呐喊之外,一项神秘计划正在悄然实施……经过秦总提议,秦工的秘密武器——小虎队终于横空出世!值得一提的是,“乖乖虎”冯贵敬这次是带病出战,排练当晚,顶着38度高烧排练到晚上10点半,其拼搏奉献精神值得秦工上下认真学习。培训第三天,各大团队就绩效驱动、薪酬引导等环节展开了激烈的PK,就当大家以为秦工的创意到此为止时,三个意气风发的秦工“男神”张超、陶光、冯贵敬横空出世,打消了人们的疑虑,伴着热舞他们倾情演唱了小虎队的三首经典老歌——《爱》、《星光依旧灿烂》、《青苹果乐园》,现场气氛达到高潮。就连主持人和兰博老师也向秦工团队竖起了大拇指。
每一次的成功之路必定荆棘密布,在的职业通路和文化收心环节,孚瑞老总高春慧率领一并娘子军向发起了的冲击!据说,孚瑞团队有一位前聚成员工。在抢答环节,此人每题必抢,凭借她的出色发挥,孚瑞团队步步紧逼,大有超过秦工之势,秦工路岌岌可危……不过不要怕,她们有聚成员工,我们有秦总。在的总结环节,秦总再次寄出杀手锏——脱稿!遵循会议提纲的要求,秦总引经据典,环环相扣,将个人魅力和企业文化淋漓尽致地展现在大家面前。三分钟演讲完毕,现场爆发出了经久不息的掌声。秦工组员情不自禁的喊出了“” !是的,!终凭借秦总的力挽狂澜,秦工战队技压群雄,获得了此次考核的!消息传来,秦工上下欢欣雀跃,秦工在新的征途上走在了时代的前沿!
这次领导们的培训为实现的战略目标走出了坚实的一步,但要实现我们的梦想,一个是不够的,这只是个开始。通过这次培训学到的先进管理创新理念才是无价之宝,回到公司领导们向大家传授理论知识并运用在实际工作中才是这次培训真正的价值所在。相信在秦总的带领下,秦工会取得一个又一个,梦想,也会离我们越来越近……

On 2nd Dec, 2013 , 7 Qingong Members included Wang Xiang, Meng Fan jie, Niu Zhishen, Wang Bin, Zhang Yi dong, Chen Yong attended a training lead by Director Qin in Ju Cheng Business School. This training was called Ten Ways to Make Fortune and to Reach Peak Performance. All sorts of elites gathered here, such as outstanding people from RuiFu, ShuRui, HuiJie, Xianhua, ChenYu. So it’s really competitive and interesting.
With the debate going, teacher LanBo stepped on stage firstly, and she introduced professors and divided the work. Then, she shared a software system of Ten Ways to Make Fortune and to Reach Peak Performance. During this time, Mr. Zhang Yi Dong volunteered to be the leader of Qingong Team, and everyone prepared then. At a beginning, audience was shocked by a fluent set of Tai Chi Chuan performed by Mr.Qin at first around.
At the second round of Strategy Teasing, Qingong established a goal of Gain the Initiative by Striking the First Blow and it will be persisted in the following two around, Institution Reorganization and Position Analysis.
At last, Qingong got the first place with 19 score. Honest speaking, the method of learning with practice and competition will make learners enthusiastic all the way.
The next day, everyone was collected before the sun was rising. Morale was shown after warming up. Speaking of morale showing, it is a normal phenomenon among Qingong members, because each department represents morale to encourage themselves on the Motivational Meeting monthly. While, this time, Qingong leaders will do it in person instead of evalsuation, but do not worry, it will be as easy as a pie for leaders. See! Unified red uniform symbolized victory, a little poem composed by Director Qin was taken as our slogan. QinGong Group, Red Army Group, Force and Power Group, Tremendous Group, Bright Future Group and Dream Own Group. It’s exactly wrong if you think this is what QinGong people all has.
The score of QinGong was raised because of the poem written by learned Qin, and the first place was kept in the following 3 rounds, recruit skill, training for promote and process recreated. And at this time, a secret plan was prepared. Director Qin treated it as a powerful weapon: Little Tigers. There is one thing special in this process, Good Boy Feng GuiJing performed with fever. He was ill but still devoted himself in this activity, which moved us all. When everyone bets that Qingong’s creation has finished, Little Tigers shocked them all. With the classical songs of Love, Star light still bright, Green Apple garden, the atmosphere in the training was on the top. The host and Teacher Lan Bo thumb up to QinGong as well.
All ways to success would be filled with obstacles. Gao ChunHui from FuRui led a team of girls to debate with Qingong in the last around. It is said that former JuChen member joined FuRui. So, in the round of Answer Race, she got every right answer. FuRui was neck to neck with QinGong, which is really a serious situation. However, where there is will, there is a way. At the final summary, director Qin took the ultimate skill again, deliver the speech without any paper draft. According to the conference request, director Qin was representing his own personal fascination and enterprise culture with quoting classics. After his three minutes speech, all of the audience gave applauses. QinGong Members cannot help to shout out loud “Champion!” Yes, we got it. At last, Qingong won the Champion with director Qin’s vigorous efforts.
This training set a solid foundation for the strategy goal. While, one champion is not enough for QinGong Dream, this is a beginning. The advanced Managed Ideal we got from the train is priceless treasure; the experience of QinGong members there is valuable. We believe that QinGong will gain victory and victory with director Qin’s leading, and dream is getting nearer and nearer. |
